Jane left school with no formal qualifications which meant she felt rather lacking in confidence with regards to getting a job.  However, things took a turn, and she joined a Springboard course to learn text processing which took her to Level 2 IT and Diploma courses.  With this success, gradually Jane’s confidence soared and out came her cheerful nature.  She has also undertaken CLAIT plus level 2 certificate and medical word processing level 2.
Jane still commits a lot of her time, love and energy to her family but is now able to use her new skills to earn money through accounting as well as undertaking some voluntary work that helps with a busy home life.  Jane now feels there’s ‘no stopping her’ and she feels fulfilled and happy with her new skills.
Jane has been nominated for her sheer enthusiasm, dedication and brilliance.  We second that!
